Special Notes
For responsive drones:
It is not recommended to use this toy outdoors, especially in environments with wind or sunlight, as the drone can easily fly away. The drone operates using an automatic response system and includes an infrared transmitter and receiver.
The receiver works by detecting the infrared signals reflected from obstacles.
The infrared rays from the transmitter will reflect off obstacles. However, in the presence of sunlight, the sunlight acts as infrared rays. If the infrared signals from the sunlight are too strong, the receiver will mistakenly respond to the reflected sunlight, causing the drone to continuously ascend.
Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of the package being delivered to the shipping company, but in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipping company (5-10 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via email of your refund once your returned item is received and processed.
