Tips:
1. Our products are fold packed to keep them clean and safe to ship. Please wait a while for it to be the same shape as before shipment.

3. In the washing machine, each bed is safe, in order to keep fluffy, it is recommended to wash it by hand.

Return Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
